1. Being able to change the length of the imprint. Changing the length of the imprint is also often required in the printing process, mainly due to the front and rear elongation of the paper. For multi-color printing, subsequent overprinting often requires lengthening the print length. The solution to this problem is to reduce the thickness of the liner under the plate cylinder, thereby lengthening the transferred print. The deformation of the imprint caused by a piece of 0.1mm thick paper is 0.1×2×3.14=0.628 (mm), which is approximately 6 times the thickness of the paper. This number is the maximum deformation value of the tail of the paper, from the mouth to the tail of the paper. The lengthening amount of the imprint gradually increases from 0 to 0.628mm.
2. It can compensate for the swing and closing angles of the paper. When the paper swings and closes, it will cause the overprinting of the rear corners of the paper to be inaccurate. The rear plate clamp of the printing plate cylinder is equipped with a stretching and compression mechanism of the printing plate, so that The back corner of the printing plate is consistent with the angle of the paper, so that the back corner registration is accurate.
3. Change the printing pressure. When the thickness of the liner under the printing plate changes, the printing pressure will change. Therefore, the printing pressure can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the liner.
