Rubber Roller processing technology
1. Clean the rubber roller core: If it is a new rubber roller core, the oil stains on the surface of the rubber roller need to be washed away with cleaning agent; if it is an old rubber roller core, the outer coating of the old rubber roller needs to be removed. At the same time, use cleaning agent to clean the remaining glue on the surface of the iron core.
2. Roughening the surface of the rubber roller core: Roughing the surface of the rubber roller core to increase the bonding area between the surface of the rubber roller core and the rubber lagging.
3. Sandblasting: Sandblast the roughened rubber roller core. Sand blasting will select different properties of sand according to the material of the rubber roller core. The purpose of sandblasting is to make the surface of the rubber roller rougher, so that the rubber and the iron core can bond better after the rubber coating.Plastic Roller
4. Coating: The rubber roller core after the above treatment is coated according to the customer's requirements. Different coating materials meet different requirements. For example, the rubber coating has good ink resistance, and the polyurethane rubber coating has good wear resistance. It has good pressure resistance and good high temperature resistance when coated with silicone.
5. Rubber roller vulcanization: The rubber roller after rubber coating generally needs 10-15 hours of vulcanization time. After vulcanization, the rubber roller core and rubber coating will be tightly bonded, and a rubber rubber roller will be formed.
6. Rubber roller polishing: Grind according to the size and shape required by the customer. When some customers have higher requirements on the surface of the rubber roller, they need to use a CNC grinder to polish the rubber roller to a mirror surface.
